Pt.7 Operation Friend Tag: Phase One

It was a whopping 2 weeks before I saw _ somewhere with a friend. I was at the mall with my brothers and I saw her walk out of Forever 21. She was laughing at a joke they were sharing.
"Here we go," I said quietly. I started to walk towards them but Nick pulled me back.
"Are you sure you want to go through with this?" he asked.
"What if it doesn't work," Kevin added.
"It will.Stop doubting me." I started toward the two girls with my brothers close behind me.
"Hey _." She and her friend turned around.
"Oh...hi..Joe," _ said.
"Ohmigosh!" her friend gushed,"You know Joe Jonas?" _ shrugged," He lives nearby. I saw him at the park...once."
"Wow..." I said suddenly,"You have the most gorgeous green eyes." I was looking straight at her friend.
"_, who is this?" I asked.
"This is my friend Rebecca. But everyone calls her Bex." I stepped back and took a good look at Bex. She had black hair chopped into a pixie cut with a single indigo streak in her bangs.She had emerald green eyes. She came off as a rocker, but I could tell that she was definitely more pixie like and girly. She didn't overdue her makeup or have too many piercings. She was genuinely beautiful and had a unique style.
"Its a pleasure to meet you, Bex," I smiled. She blushed slightly.
"I'm sure you know of my brothers, Nick and Kevin."
"Hi," they both said.
"Wow..." Bex gasped,"This is amazing! I...do you...do you think you could give me some tips? I'm in a band and I would love any advice from you guys."
"Bex, I don't think---"
"That's a great idea," I said interrupting _,"You can swing by our place later today or anytime. We'll help you out."
"What do you play?" Kevin asked.
"A little bit of everything," Bex answered.
"Like me," Nick smiled. Bex nodded and blushed again. I saw _ roll her eyes. She grabbed Bex's arm.
"Come on,Bex," she grumbled.
"Um...okay...bye guys. I'll come later today. _'ll come too!"Bex called as _ dragged her away.
"I will not!"
"Bring Belle!" Kevin said.
"Frankie's been asking about her," Nick added. _ turned and glared at me. I gave her a wide smile in return.
"Phase One...complete," I said as I watched them walk away.
"If all else fails," Nick said," You can always go out with Bex. She seems nice.
